Hi! Today we arrived at Santorini island.
This is 3rd time to me.
I gradually get used to this life.
My mind is so calm today.
In this mooring, we have a weekly meeting.
The meeting is for entertainment team.
Let me say my conclusion first, it was so good meeting.
It makes me cheerful.
Because since I started working on this ship.
I couldn’t find the direction of our company and purpose.
But our manager clarified my question in this meeting.
I realize them.
And our manager has so good attitude.
He took care of each member, he talked with his honest.
So it’s easy to realize.
Through this meeting, I re realize the importance of meeting.
Meeting has so important role.
I think it has 3 role.
①Review our action
②Discuss how to improve
③Make next term’s purpose.
By continuing it, we can reach more high level.
If we don’t do this, otherwise we can’t be good team and can’t offer good service to passenger.
But our director shows us clear direction, purpose.
So we can realize our role.
And we perform good team work.
By learning from cruise director, I want to be good leader in the future.
