Vol.42:Atopy

Hi! today I arrived at Lavrion port.

It means this is 14th day working on the ship.

Let me talk about Atopy.

To tell the truth, I have atopy condition since I was born.

When I was a child, I suffered from Atopy.

But after that I the problem hadn’t happened until last February.

Suddenly, last February I suddenly happened Atopy in my body.

My skin on my face is dry, I felt itchy on my body.

Then I went to hospital. I got steroid and medicine.

I cured my skin problem, but last month Atopy happened to my body again.

Why I got Atopy again? I thought the reasons.

I searched internet. Then I came up with reasons are:

・I got allergen 

・My blood condition isn’t good

・I’m lack of some function in my body

I don’t know the exact reason.

So from the problem I try to cure the problem by my self.

Now I have tried some actions below.

・Eat a lot of vegetable.

・Avoid to eat meat, egg, sugar.

・Write diary about my skin condition.

・Search about Atopy on internet.

・Trust in my body.

To be honest, I sometimes feel nervous because of Atopy.

But I believe I’ll cure Atopy.

When I overcome Atopy, I’ll obtain big confidence by myself.
