Vol.79:Avoid to have an unnecessary tiredness

Good morning!
I arrived Nafplion port in Greece.
Today I’m going to beach and use internet.


Recently I feel tired.
Because I’m lack of sleep, because of long working time.

I thought how to remove tiredness.
I searched internet.


But yesterday suddenly I notice.
To reduce tiredness is more important rather than removing tiredness.

I tend to try to do everything.
I’m not good at doing nothing.

So I tend to get unnecessary tiredness.
I need to reduce them.


So I came up with good ideas.
There are two ideas.

①Doing nothing
②Take a nap in the afternoon and in the evening.

Let me explain about ①.
As I said, I’m not good at doing nothing.
If I have free time I want to do everything.
I try to think “what can I do now?” 
I feel anxiety when I don’t do anything.
This is what I don’t need.

So let me get used to doing nothing.

And let me explain ②.
I usually take a nap once a day everyday before.
But from now I try it twice a day everyday.

It refreshes my body, heart.
And also it removes my tiredness.

I suppose if I do these new habits, I can get better feeling.
I can concentrate more than before.

It’s worth to do them.
Let me try! For enjoying everyday!
