Vol74: Enjoy each moment

Good morning.

I arrived at Souda port in Crete island.

It’s been two weeks since I last came.

Because we had charter cruise last week.

Today let me talk about good saying.

I was impressed to the saying “Enjoy each moment."

Why I feel impressed? Because I found important thing from the saying.

I tend to think future. 

I like to think future.

Because to think future makes me me happy.

That’s why I’m thinking.

But it has bad aspects.

Sometimes to think future means I don’t concentrate right now.

Also I'm sometimes lack of concentration each moment.

It makes bad result.

As considering deeply, Future is made by piling up past and now.

This is a fact of future.

So if we want to make good future, we need to pile up good past and now.

That is we need to enjoy each moment.

Focus on right now.

Do our best each moment.

“Enjoy each moment.” taught me so important thing.

After I knew this book, I practice “Enjoy each moment.”

It’s difficult to me to follow this rule whenever.

But I try as much as possible.

Gradually I’m getting this habit.

It takes long time if I want to change habit.

But I’m doing.

To catch good future.
