Vol.98:About to resignation

Good morning.

We arrived at Ios island in Greece.

We will go to Santorini island at 1:30pm.

Ios island doesn’t have big port.

So we use tender boat to go to the port.

Today, let me talk about my job.

I’m really thinking about resignation.

I have some reason.

First one is feeling tired.

I already feel tired.

Even if I had enough sleeping.

Second one is skin.

My skin continues getting better and getting worse.

So I feel itchy.

Third reason is proactivity.

Recently it’s difficult to be proactive to my job.

Especially my biggest reason is third one.

I’ve been in this ship for 3 month.

But I don’t have big responsibility yet.

Why? Because I’m lack of my English skill.

And also sometimes I do big failure.

That’s why my manager doesn’t trust me.

These are my responsibility.

Of course I want to continue my job till end of contract.

But my instinct refuse to continue job.

So I’m thinking about retirement.

But I haven’t decided yet.

So let me talk with my heart again.

And then, I’ll decide about it.
