Vol.68: UX:User Experience

Hi, today my second day in 3 day off.
I will go to Athens to see place and go shopping.

Yesterday, I booked hotel by Airbnb.
But I couldn’t receive e-mail.
Then I checked my account in Airbnb, my registered e-mail address was ex-company’s one.

I tried to change my e-mail address, but I have to type code number from my ex-company’s mail address.
It means it’s difficult to change my e-mail address.

To solve this problem, I sent message to customer center.
Surprisingly the person in charge replied message in 1 hour after I sent message.
The person said,”I can solve problem, so may I know your new e-mail address?”
After that I replied message to him with my e-mail address.

Safely I could change e-mail address.
I really appreciate to solve this problem and quick response.

What I want to say is this is UX:User experiences.
It’s the experience from the begging of the service to at the end of the service.

In this case it directs from searching good place to sending message with appreciation after staying.

If we have good experience, we would continue to use the service.
In contrast if we have bad experience, we wouldn't continue to use this service.

Through this communication, I notice the importance of piling up good things.

Even if it’s so small problem, we need to try to solve the problem with our sincere.
Through piling up small things is only the way to get trust.

It fit my job.
Let me face our guests with my sincere.

See you.
