Vol.51:Cross Fit

Hi, I arrived at Izmir port in Turkey.
Turkish price is so cheap!
There are so attractive local shop in Izmir.
So I’ll go out to buy foods.
I love Izmir.


Let me talk about Cross Fit.
Do you know Cross Fit?
Cross Fit is combined with muscle training & Cardio training.

Especially it’s famous Eastern countries.
Gradually it expands for Japanese.

Why do I start Cross Fit?
The reason is to get more sweat.
I need to get sweat everyday for my Atopy.

I have continued step training everyday since I started working on cruise.
But it’s so boring and it’s difficult to get sweat for 20min.

Yesterday my cabin mate recommended me to do Cross Fit.
And he gave me video on my laptop.


I tried in this morning for 20min.
The result is… so fun!! Got more sweat!!

I didn’t expect it’s so enjoyable work out for me.
I feel I can continue everyday!

Furthermore as I do cardio, I can do muscle training.
It means I can obtain easier getting sweat body.


I could change my habit much better.
By Cross Fit, I hope I cure my skin disease.

I really appreciate my cabin mate.
