Vol.49:How can I be trustful person?

Good morning! I arrived at Lavrion port.

It means I finished 3rd week, It comes 4th week for me.

It’s so early to come time for me.

Let me talk about my job.

I belong to Entertainment team now.

My it divides two positions, dancer・singer or host・animator.

My position is second one.

My main job is below.

・Support to send passengers to go shore excursion 

・Support onboard activity, show time.

・Socialize with passengers.

As I’m growing up, I’ll be assigned other jobs.

To be honest, I can’t be necessary member in my team.

Because these job is everyone can do it.

Our colleagues have special skills.

Of course, they can organize event in English.

But I can’t organize event them.

Let me think how I can get trust, how can be trustful person.

I write what I can do below.

・Show them being proactive

・Focus on my job

・Obtain roles which I can do by myself

・To be able to organize activity, I pile up practice

・Do my best every socializing time

If I don’t have a  skill, I just brush up it.

And get maximum result.

What I can do is to pile up small things.

Through following my rule, I promise to be trustful, necessary member.
