Vol.34:How can I enjoy this moment?

Hello, today we arrived at Cesme port in Turkey.

Cesme is resort town west of Izmir from 75km.

It’s calm and clean beautiful day.

Today let me talk about my mentality.

I told it also, I can’t enjoy each moment.

Why? let me think about the reasons.

First of all, I tend to think about future from now.

In other words, I usually expect to the future.

This is bad habit It think.

Because if I can’t solve me habit, I’m not able to enjoy each moment.

Then I came up with one sentence.

The one is “You can get success depends on environment. But the really success is depends on you. “

This is from Dr. Stephen R Covey in The seven habits of highly effective people.

It means I can enjoy whenever, everywhere if I want.

I thought I noticed that already, but I actually didn’t notice the truth meaning.

I’m lack of mentality to focus on right now, try to enjoy right now.

Everything is depends on me!

I can enjoy every time although if I’m in bad environment.

Because I can choose reaction from happening. 

So from now on, I would realize the meaning of sentence.
