Let me talk about continuing good habits.
We have continued many habits to cure Atopy.

【For my stomach condition】
《Take time to digest》
Avoid eating spare time eating
Take time 5 hours to have each meal
Try eating little volume of many kinds of food
Avoid eating too much
《Aspects of nutrition》
Mainly eat vegetable, plus fruit
Avoid eating & drinking meat, dairy products, alcohol.
Do gluten free
Avoid having too much sugar
【To get sweat】
Do Cross Fit every mooring
【Training to my skin】
Do sunbathe & Getting in the sea
【Daily routine】
Write diary everyday
Never use medicine, skin cream
Write blog everyday(Japanese ver. & English ver.).
You may feel it’s too much habits!
But I can continue everyday.
Why?
Because I get new habits little by little.
And most important point is to focus on continuation.
We tend to pursue quality in our habits.
But if we can’t continue this habits, it has no mean.
To continue habits, I shouldn’t pursue quality at first time.
If you continue everyday, the quality is getting better naturally.
So don’t worry! You just follow your habits.
