The soup is white, the shape of noodles are straight and thin, standard ingredients are chopped green onion and thinly sliced cloud ear and Char-siu pork(Pork stewed in soy sauce).
It has so rich taste.
Also has a enjoyable point. First point is to choose the firmness of noodles.
You can choose three types of firmness, katame(Hard), futsuu(normal), yawarakame(soft).
Depends on the shop, there are over 7 kinds of firmness you can choose.
